End-to-end product development made easy.
After years of requests, Hostile Sheep now offers end-to-end product development. What does that mean? We've assembled a roster of trusted partners who we team-up with to design, code, and deploy apps, websites and other digital products. That said, we still hold true to our values and our approach. Hostile Sheep will be your single point of contact and will deliver products in our own unique way.
A seamless project experience
No need to manage multiple partners, Hostile Sheep will take care of everything. A true end-to-end experience.
- We'll be your single point of contact throughout the whole project.
- We'll oversee the production and delivery of every deliverable.
- We'll adjust the schedule as needed; based on revisions or feedback.
An agile and iterative approach
Focused on delivering a minimum viable product for our first release, Hostile Sheep will deploy a new release every 4 weeks.
- We'll spend a week developing a low-fi prototype and design system.
- We'll spend a week applying a graphic design layer; with colors, fonts, and imagery.
- We'll spend two weeks coding the release, testing it and deploying it.
World-class talent you'll love
Our partners have thriving shops of their own and have worked with some of the biggest brands on the planet.
- We'll handle all the experience design and project management ourselves.
- We have several branding and graphic design partners, based on your industry.
- We have a roster of software dev shops skilled using various technology stacks.
Whether your project is a small website build or a massive e-commerce build, our approach will deliver everything you need.In bite-sized chunks.
Release 1, MVP
We'll focus on what can be delivered in 4 weeks. We typically deliver the shell; a navigation design connected to blank pages and a back-end system to upload content. Depending on time constraints, we may upload content or include additional functionality.
Release 2
If you need additional functionality, we'll use a second 4-week timebox to build release 2. We'll prioritize the most important functionality for this release. For instance, an eCommerce website might need a checkout and payment system.
Release 3
After observing how your customers interact with your product, you may want to add new features to your product. We can be engaged for a new release at anytime. For instance, an eCommerce site may want customer reviews or customer profiles.
Release 4
Digital products are not static; you shouldn't have a set-it-and-forget-it mindset. Every year, you'll want to evaluate how your product is performing. If you find out your customers want new features, we can be engaged to build it out and deploy a new release.
